Job summary

PC Ability, part of the Procare Group, is seeking an NDIS Occupational Therapist for a community-based role in Penrith, delivering therapy to participants in homes and local settings.

You’ll assess needs, tailor programs, and recommend equipment and environmental adaptations, with mentoring and career development opportunities in the NDIS space.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration and experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Passion for making a difference with honesty, integrity and positive outcomes.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (km reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with participants, families and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Grow into leadership, deliver presentations and contribute to team development as you progress as a senior clinician.
