As aSenior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:

• Manage adiverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
• Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
• Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
• Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
• Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Take onleadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.

We’re looking for anOccupational Therapistwith:

• AHPRA registrationand 2+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
• A currentNDIS Worker Screening Check,Working with Children Check, andPolice Clearance(or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
