Job summary

Better Rehab in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and grow our OT services across the Ballarat region, supported by a dedicated Regional Manager. This role offers autonomy and the flexibility to work from home, while maintaining strong ties to the local community and a clinician-led culture that values practical, client-centred outcomes.

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Ballarat region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
