Job summary

Better Rehab in Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-led team across the NDIS and Support at Home programs. You’ll conduct meaningful assessments, design therapy plans, and work across homes, day centres, and community settings with strong supervision and a focus on participant-centred care.

Enjoy a flexible Better Flex policy, a PD budget up to $2,500 annually, and travel reimbursement for work-related travel, plus national opportunities across 30 Australian sites.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Great fit for new graduates or early-career OTs with strong supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with clients and support recovery outcomes.

We work across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription and home modifications. Day-to-day you will:
