Better Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work across NDIS and Support at Home with a broad caseload. You’ll develop skills in ADLs, capacity building, AT, equipment prescription, and home modifications, serving diverse clients in homes, centres, parks, and community settings.
The role supports leadership growth toward Team Leader or Clinical Supervisor, with offsite supervisors and a warm, collaborative culture focused on client outcomes and professional development.
Join a Crew that Celebrates Wins Together and has Each Other’s Backs.
Better Rehab works across both the NDIS and Support at Home programs, providing clinicians with a broad and varied caseload. This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.
We’ve recently moved into our brand-new office near Bankstown Airport and are excited to grow our dynamic team! We’re a friendly, supportive group with a strong mix of early professional careers and new graduates, and we’re now looking for experienced OTs who can bring their strengths in supervision, or who have a real interest in developing those skills to help guide and support our early-career clinicians. With offsite supervisors already in place, we’re after practitioners who can be confident leaders in the room, fostering strong collaboration, idea sharing, and day-to-day support. It’s a warm, team-focused culture where you’ll make a meaningful difference to the people we support.
This role is open to being a Team Leader position or developed into a Clinical Supervisor role for Therapists who are ready to take a step up and develop their operational leadership skills.
