Better Rehab, based at Blacktown, NSW, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants across a diverse caseload within a multidisciplinary team of 11 (5 OT). The role covers homes, clinics and community settings, with strong clinical supervision and development opportunities.

In this clinician-led environment you’ll benefit from flexible diary structure, dedicated PD budget, paid study days, and a supportive culture focused on outcomes and quality care rather than volume.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA (limited may be considered).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ideal role for an early-career OT with up to 3 years experience
• Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship considered.

What You’ll Do

Based at Blacktown, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of 11, including 5 dedicated Occupational Therapists, in a space designed to help you thrive. Our Blacktown team brings a unique energy, one that’s grounded in local community impact, strong clinical supportand genuine team camaraderie.
