Estia Health is seeking caring professionals to join our aged care homes. You’ll support residents with daily activities, health monitoring, and meaningful interaction, while working with a compassionate team across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

We value clear communication, dignity, and person-centred care. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, with previous caregiving experience and solid documentation skills.

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lend a hand with daily life to ensure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with the care team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active through daily activities.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as directed by nurses.
• Be a friend to residents and provide companionship.
• Respect each resident’s privacy and dignity at all times.
