Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care team in NSW. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health, and work with a supportive team to create a comfortable, respectful living environment.

We value genuine compassion, strong communication, and reliable documentation skills to ensure high-quality care for all residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on residents’ health – helping with treatments.
