Job summary

Australian Tyre Traders (ATT) is seeking an early to mid-career Sales Manager to own and grow a defined NSW territory. You'll build and deepen dealer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth across metro and regional NSW in a hands-on B2B sales role.

You'll report to the NSW State Sales Manager and work with a national team. Expect travel across NSW and an uncapped commission structure, base salary plus super, and a company car with phone and laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Early in sales career with some runs on the board
• Ability to build trust and commercial relationships
• Willing to own a NSW territory and travel
• Drivers license and full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of NSW dealer relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in metro and regional NSW
• Develop joint growth plans with dealers and marketing promotions
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline
• Travel across NSW up to 8 nights per month
• Represent ATT at industry events and networking opportunities

Education

Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field
