Job summary

Mars Australia invites applications for a NSW State Manager to lead the Retail Plan execution across the state, driving sales, distribution and in-store excellence. You will coach field teams, shape strategies and ensure targets are met with strong execution at store level.

The role requires proven FMCG leadership, people management, and the ability to travel to Melbourne head office. You’ll partner with MSOs and banners to deliver profitable growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in FMCG with multi-functional teams.
• People Management experience.
• Availability to travel to Melbourne head office.
• Account management experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage total state sales targets and NSW strategy.
• Lead field teams, tracking performance and merchandising.
• Develop and coach Territory Managers; KPIs reviewed.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies for MSOs & banners in NSW.
• Manage accounts; sell promotions, secure distributions and execute.
• Leverage insights to improve processes and drive customer value.
