Mars Incorporated in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a State Manager to lead the NSW Retail Plan, drive sales and distribution, and ensure strong execution across all outlets.

You will manage a team of Territory Managers, develop short and long term strategies for MSOs and banners, and travel to Melbourne head office as required. A professional business degree and 2+ years FMCG sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Business, Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel to Melbourne head office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NSW Retail Plan and drive sales, distribution and execution.
• Manage field teams and monitor store coverage, merchandising and performance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for MSOs & banners in NSW.
• Secure and grow distribution, manage promotions and trade spend.
• Analyse insights to improve profitability and customer outcomes.
