Job summary

Mars is seeking a field-based Sales role for the Gold Coast territory on a maternity leave contract. You will interact with grocery customers across Coles, Woolworths and Metcash, driving NSV growth and ensuring optimal distribution of Mars brands.

You will build influential relationships with key customers, negotiate locations, and execute displays that align with Perfect Store standards. Strong data interpretation and independent, proactive work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with data from multiple sources (Power BI, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through optimal distribution and physical availability of Mars brands.

• Negotiate and implement locations using stock control and supply chain procedures.
• Analyse KPI data to identify opportunities and drive incremental sales growth.
