Job summary

Miller Leith, a globally recognised leader in built environment solutions, is seeking an experienced Specification Manager to own the NSW market. You will drive specifications for key commercial projects, engaging with architects, interior designers and project teams to influence outcomes and secure long-term share growth.

This role offers high visibility, strategic influence and the opportunity to work with leading stakeholders across healthcare, education, workplace and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive specification sales within commercial interiors, building products or related sectors.
• Established relationships across architectural and design networks in NSW.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic business development capability.
• Experience influencing stakeholders on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a specification strategy across NSW.
• Build and strengthen relationships with leading architectural and design practices.
• Engage with key stakeholders to secure project specifications.
• Drive opportunities across healthcare, education, workplace, government, retail and aged care sectors.
• Deliver CPD presentations, design workshops and educational forums.
• Identify and nurture pipeline opportunities through proactive market engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise project conversion.
• Maintain project intelligence and market insights via CRM and project tracking tools.
• Represent the organisation at industry associations and events.
