Miller Leith is seeking an experienced Specification Manager to drive specification activity across Queensland, partnering with architects, designers, consultants and builders on major projects. You’ll build a strong pipeline from early design stages and influence landmark developments across healthcare, education, infrastructure and more.

The role offers autonomy within a supportive team, with leadership backing and opportunities to expand relationships with stockists, distributors and channel

Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales, architectural sales, or related construction sales.
• Established relationships with architects, designers, consultants, builders and contractors.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a specification pipeline.
• Strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience influencing projects from concept and design through to completion.
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong planning, territory management and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a specification strategy across Queensland.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of specification opportunities.
• Engage architects, designers, ESD consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver CPD and technical presentations and product education sessions.
• Identify and secure opportunities early in the design phase.
• Manage relationships while developing new business opportunities.
• Influence project specifications and support conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Generate leads through stockists, distributors and channel partners.
• Monitor market activity, project pipelines and industry trends.
