Enertia Talent is representing a leading Australian contractor delivering major civil infrastructure projects, including transport, renewables, and defence. The role focuses on leading the design management function across a range of projects, coordinating with delivery teams, consultants, and clients to drive approvals and manage design risk.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with project requirements, absorb information quickly, hold stakeholders accountable, and maintain high delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with TfNSW specifications and GC21 contracts.
• Experience managing design consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ability to lead across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and value-add mindset.

Your New Role

Reporting into the project leadership team, you will lead the design management function across a range of civil infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges, renewables and defence. You'll work closely with internal delivery teams, external design consultants, and client stakeholders to drive approvals, manage design risk, ensure compliance with project requirements, and identify opportunities to add value throughout the design process.

Your Experience

Ideally you will have a background that includes:

• Experience with TfNSW specifications and GC21 contracts
• Experience managing design consultants and multidisciplinary design teams
