Marisa's Kitchen is a Melbourne-based food manufacturing and distribution business seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence throughout New South Wales. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role with trips across NSW.

You will have the independence to manage your own schedule and territory while reporting to our National Sales Manager in Victoria. Competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, company vehicle and mobile phone provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, territory management or business development.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, foodservice, grocery or wholesale sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.

Responsabilités

• Identify, approach and secure new customers and opportunities throughout NSW.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Promote and sell our full catalogue of products across multiple brands.
• Conduct regular customer visits, sales presentations, product demonstrations and follow-ups.
• Manage merchandising, product placement and stock availability within retail stores.
• Plan and undertake regional NSW sales trips as required, including overnight travel.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and new business opportunities.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
