Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Queensland Sales Team, covering the North Brisbane region with a monthly run to Kingaroy. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets and building strong customer relationships to drive profitable growth through territory planning and execution.

In this role you will manage the distribution and visibility of our top brand portfolio across spreads, dairy beverages and more, ensuring promotions, in-store execution, and fridge

Qualifications

• Based in the North Brisbane region with prior sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across different levels.
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open to new strategies to maximise sales and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Nourish, build and create lasting relationships with customers to maximise sales.
• Achieve profit growth targets through availability and effective product placement.
• Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across customers.
• Ensure excellence in in-store execution, including POS activation and planogram compliance.
• Drive fridge utilisation, share of shelf and location management of fridges in store.
