Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant to join our Kemps Creek air hub. You will run the full air dispatch workflow each shift, including induction, sortation, bag building, palletising, and loading trucks for airport departures.

You will work nights Wed-Sat 23:00–09:00, coordinate with the operations team and airline partners, train teammates, monitor safety and SOPs, and help drive on-time departures through hands-on leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willing to undergo government background checks for ASIC.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day air hub operations across induction, sortation, bag building, palletising and loading.
• Allocate labour and lead team meetings; cover Air Hub Manager as needed.
• Train associates and ensure SOP compliance; coach safe work practices.
• Track operations and labour hours; support process improvement.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; address hazards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and airline for disruptions.
• Produce End of Shift daily report.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and prevent recurrence.
• Communicate status, delays, risks to the Air Hub Manager.
• Lead by example with safety, ownership, and customer focus.
