Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to join the Heathwood Delivery Station, leading a team of associates and ensuring delivery performance.

You will drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR to meet business objectives. The role requires flexibility across a 4-on/3-off pattern and physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to push/pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards on-site.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet business objectives.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Support site operations to ensure efficient delivery processes.
