• Experience as Night Manager, Duty Manager, or senior Front Office.
• Strong night audit and financial reconciliation knowledge.
• Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Act as the senior manager on duty, handling guest enquiries, complaints, or incidents professionally.
• Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and system reconciliation.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and key guest areas, delivering personalised service.
• Ensure all safety, security and WHS procedures are followed, including incident management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure readiness for the following day.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations to ensure optimal guest flow.
• Lead and support the overnight team, fostering a positive, accountable culture.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, as the key overnight contact.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and handovers for senior leadership.
