EVT Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Manager/Night Auditor in New South Wales to oversee overnight operations and guest services across EVT hotels. You will manage front desk activities, ensure accurate night audits, and lead night teams to maintain safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, proficiency with hotel systems, and the ability to work independently through night shifts while coordinating with multiple departments for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or night audit roles within a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process guest transactions and nightly audit reports.
• Confident using hotel systems for reservations, payments, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first approach.
• Knowledge of hotel policies, WH&S standards, and cashiering procedures.
• Ability to work independently overnight while leading and motivating teams across multiple departments during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional service while efficiently checking guests in and out.
• Assist with night operations and deliver a warm, personalised welcome experience for guests.
• Step up to cover Night Manager days off, overseeing all night operations and ensuring safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor and support the performance of Rooms Division and Food & Beverage departments overnight.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain service standards and resolve operational issues.
• Complete accurate night audit tasks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations.
