Job summary

Mantra on Salt Beach in Kingscliff is seeking a Night Manager to oversee the 11pm–7am shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest safety. You’ll handle late-night inquiries, perform night audit tasks, and maintain security while supporting the daytime team for seamless handovers.

Candidates with Night Audit/Accounts experience, a customer-focused approach, and meticulous attention to revenue reporting are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts is valued.
• Positive demeanor and ability to work independently.
• Strong commitment to customer service and accurate nightly front office audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly hotel operations and ensure safety during your shift.
• Deliver continuous guest service for check-ins/checkouts and inquiries.
• Oversee the night audit and reporting procedures at reception desk.
• Maintain overnight security standards and assist daytime team preparations.
