Job summary

IHG in Adelaide is seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to deliver overnight front desk service and accurate hotel financial records. You will assist with nightly reporting, guest check-ins, and ensuring security and service standards after hours. This role requires problem solving, strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with Opera.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills
• Problem solving and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• RSA and Food Safety certificates
• Driver's license (preferred)
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Assist Night Manager with overnight reports and balance daily transactions
• Process payments (room charges, cards, cash and cheques) per procedures
• Check guests in and out and handle wake-up calls
• Answer phones and handle overnight guest inquiries
• Provide concierge services, room service and guest requests as needed
• Ensure safety and security of guests and staff
