Job summary

West HQ in Sydney's Western Suburbs is seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service during evenings and overnight shifts. You will check in late arrivals, perform reconciliations and generate reports, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations while upholding Accor brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong presentation, good computer skills, and be available nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same or a similar role.
• Excellent personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience.
• Availability nights and weekends (flexible rosters).
• Ability to comply with brand standards and service expectations.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• The Night Auditor checks in our late night arrivals, completes reconciliations and reports.
• Provide a high level of personalised customer service as the first point of contact for guests.
• Work with Opera PMS and maintain accuracy in nightly operations.

About the role:

The Night Auditor is our first point of contact for our property and provides exceptional service to our guests during during the evening and over night. The Night Auditor checks in our late night arrivals, completes reconciliations and reports.

Our Perfect Fit:

The role best suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can be trusted to work well unsupervised. Providing a high level of personalised customer service is an absolute must. A person who has experience working with PMS, Opera would be highly regarded, however training is available for the right person.
