Qualifications

• Ability to process financial transactions accurately and reconcile accounts.
• Familiarity with night audit routines and hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
• Process daily guest transactions and reconcile accounts, including posting revenue.
• Complete the night audit process thoroughly and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests with tact and care.
• Maintain communication with Night Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering, accounting, and audit policies with accurate documentation.
