Job summary

QT Hotels & Resorts is EVT’s premium lifestyle hotel brand, delivering warm, overnight guest service and seamless check-ins and check-outs at QT properties. This role manages guest accounts, nightly audits, and ensures accurate revenue posting.

You’ll collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and the Night Manager to prepare rooms and resolve issues, while upholding safety and high standards of service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks with accuracy.
• Ensure all revenue and payments are correctly posted and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Action reservations, messages, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and the Night Manager to prepare rooms and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain strong communication, uphold hotel policies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Support other departments and complete additional duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
