Job summary

BYD Capalaba is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Capalaba, Brisbane. You will drive the full vehicle sales journey, from initial enquiry to delivery, with support from finance and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. A current driver's license is required, and automotive sales experience is welcomed but not essential.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
• Generate and manage sales enquiries from walk-in, phone and online leads
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Work closely with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential
• A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Professional presentation and a customer-first approach
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confidence using technology and CRM systems
• A current and valid driver's licence
