Eagers Automotive is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the BYD Toowoomba dealership to lead a high-performing sales team and drive performance. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage KPIs and profitability, and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader to take ownership of a growing dealership operation.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring the sales team


• Driving new and used vehicle sales performance


• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets


• Monitoring KPIs and dealership profitability


• Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service


• Overseeing stock management and sales processes


• Working closely with dealership leadership to maximise opportunities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the automotive industry

• High levels of professionalism and customer focus


• A current and valid driver's licence

Experience with emerging automotive brands or electric vehicles will be highly regarded but is not essential.
