Job summary

BYD Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive performance and deliver outstanding customer experience at our Darling Downs dealership.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor KPIs, coach staff, manage stock and work with leadership to maximise opportunities; experience in automotive sales leadership and a proven track record is essential; driver's license required; EV familiarity valued.

Experience with emerging automotive brands or electric vehicles will be highly regarded but is not essential.
