Job summary

Sci-Fleet Toyota in Kedron is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join a high-volume team. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide buyers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to delivery, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and ongoing post-delivery support.

The role offers competitive earnings through salary and commission, plus access to company vehicles and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience, ideally in a high-volume dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Kedron.

What you’ll be doing

• Building relationships with prospective and existing guests and actively following up sales opportunities
• Understanding each guest’s needs, preferences and buying criteria to provide the right solution
• Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, products and services
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire sales journey
• Providing professional post-delivery follow-up and support
• Working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
• Supporting Toyota for Life requirements and dealership standards
• Living Sci-Fleet’s values and contributing positively to the wider team
