This entry‑level role is the main contact for service customers, ensuring bookings, service delivery, and handback with high standards of quality and care while you learn from workshop technicians and experienced advisors.

Qualifications

• Driver’s Licence required (Queensland)
• Minimum 6 months experience in service/retail/customer relations (automotive background preferred)
• Basic understanding of vehicle components and service processes
• Strong IT and keyboard skills with ability to adapt to in-house dealership systems
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Honest, diligent, empathetic, adaptable and a team player aligned with Sci-Fleet values

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, discuss vehicle requirements, determine payment methods, and update on progress.
• Take phone and online bookings via the DMS/VSD system, allocate realistic job times and maintain workshop workflow.
• Prepare precise Repair Orders with clear work instructions, verify completed work, check labor hours, and process sublet invoicing.
• Walk through repairs with customers upon completion, explain invoices, answer technical queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle incoming calls, manage loan car arrangements and reminders, and file completed records.
• Maintain clean reception areas and ensure customer/loan vehicles are securely parked overnight.
