Job summary

Penfold Motor Group is seeking a meticulous Pre Delivery Technician based in Victoria to ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards before handover. You will inspect, fit accessories, and present cars with pride, working closely with service and sales to keep turnaround times on track.

The ideal candidate has experience in pre-delivery or detailing roles, holds a valid driver’s licence, and prides themselves on attention to detail and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pre-delivery, detailing, or automotive workshop role.
• A current and valid driver’s licence is essential.
• You work efficiently across multiple vehicles without cutting corners.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with service and sales teams.
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in presentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough pre-delivery inspections to meet manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Fit accessories and optional extras accurately per order.
• Detail and present vehicles to a high standard for handover to customers.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to maintain vehicle turnaround times.
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies to support quality across the dealership.
