Job summary

Le Mans Toyota in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for our New Vehicle Sales team. You will assist guests with personalised service to find the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs.

Responsibilities include creating sales opportunities from enquiries, maintaining product knowledge across the Toyota range, and collaborating with stock control and administration to close the sale. A valid driver's license and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate sales opportunities from enquiries faced in-store, over the phone or online.
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail or related fields is highly regarded.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultantto join our New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
• Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone and online
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
• Liaising with administrative support & stock control team members throughout the sale process

The successful applicant will:

• Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
• Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
• Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience (i.e. Real Estate, Marketing, etc.) is highly regarded/preferred
