Job summary

Metricon Homes is seeking a New Home Advisor to support visitors at Display Homes in Sydney or Central Coast. You will greet clients, advise on house design selection, upgrades and options, and guide them through the sale process with strong customer service.

Role requires sales experience in residential building, a proactive, professional approach, and the ability to manage documentation and timelines while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the display center.

• Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes.

• Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.
• Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.

We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to literally hit the ground running in either Sydney or Central Coast locations. You can show off our Display Homes whilst also working the local community and become the GO TO as soon as anyone thinks about building a new home.

Incredible opportunity to show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our award winning designs to suit their block of land. Work Sat to Wed, 8.30am - 5pm. Weekend work is a must. Displays are open 10am till 5pm.
