Job summary

Metricon Homes is seeking a New Home Advisor to support visitors at Display Homes in Sydney or Central Coast. You will greet clients, advise on house design selection, upgrades and options, and guide them through the sale process with strong customer service.

Role requires sales experience in residential building, a proactive, professional approach, and the ability to manage documentation and timelines while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the display center.
• Greet and assist visitors, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget.
• Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes.
• Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation.
• Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor.
• Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations.
