Job summary

Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is seeking a results-driven New Home Advisor for our Warnervale display. You’ll run the display like your own business, showing off our award-winning designs to visitors and guiding them through choices to fit their block and budget.

Key tasks include managing day-to-day display operations, selling Home & Land, creating local referral networks, and delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to tender and variations.

Qualifications

• High end sales experience is essential
• Positive, can do attitude with a need to win
• A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
• Exceptional networking and customer service skills
• You will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
• Well developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display center
• Sell Home & Land, Freedom, Designer or Signature
• Create relationships with local land developers, real estate agents and creating a referral network to help close more deals
• Greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingencies
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budget
• Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
• Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation
• Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor; and
• Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations

We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor in our Warnervale display. You can show off our Display Homes whilst also working the local community and become the go to as soon as anyone thinks about building a new home.

Incredible opportunity to show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door and talk about our award winning designs to suit their block of land. Work Sat to Wed, 8.30am - 5pm. Weekend work is a must. Displays are open 10am till 5pm.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
