Regent Homes, a well-established Adelaide builder, is seeking a New Home Consultant to educate clients through the home-building journey and convert inquiries into signed contracts. You’ll collaborate with design, estimating and management teams to craft personalised home options while growing a robust sales pipeline across display homes and offices.

The role requires exceptional people skills, a passion for beautiful homes and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-focused industries and ability to educate clients through the home-building journey.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage prospective buyers.
• Proven track record in creating engaging conversations and closing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Guide clients through the home-building journey from enquiry to signed contract.
• Manage inquiries from display homes, marketing, and referrals.
• Generate new business via networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with design, estimators and management to tailor solutions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Negotiate and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the process.
