Job summary

CGC Recruitment is partnering with a growing custom homebuilder to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant. You will operate from a brand-new display home in Yarrabilba, managing enquiries and guiding buyers through the homebuilding process to close sales.

You will present designs, inclusions and pricing options to a broad range of buyers, working Saturdays and Sundays with two days off during the week. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Homes Sales working directly for a residential builder.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and customer service skills.

My Client:

We are working with a growing custom homebuilder who is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team, operating out of a brand-new display home in Yarrabilba.

The business offers both premium custom homes and a competitively priced range, giving Sales Consultants the flexibility to cater to a wider range of buyers and budgets.

Their more affordable range has been extremely well received, accounting for over 30% of sales in just 6 months since launching. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this is a great opportunity to join a builder with plenty of momentum.

The Role:

As New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, guiding prospective buyers through the homebuilding process and converting leads into sales. You'll be based in the new Yarrabilba display home, building relationships with potential clients, presenting suitable home designs and helping buyers find the right solution for their budget and lifestyle.

The role requires working both Saturdays and Sundays, with 2 days off during the week.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in New Homes Sales working directly for a residential builder
• Strong understanding of the residential homebuilding and sales process
• Proven ability to generate leads, build rapport and convert enquiries into sales
• Confident presenting different home designs, inclusions and pricing options
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• A proactive, motivated approach with a genuine passion for residential property
