Home Seekers Australia is seeking an experienced new home sales consultant to transition from the display-home desk into a leadership and growth-focused role in Victoria. You’ll handle selling across five brands, guide clients from finance to build and drive the Victorian office’s day-to-day operations.

You’ll recruit and train the local sales team, help establish the Melbourne office in 2027, and collaborate with Perth directors on strategy while building broker and referral partnerships across

Job description

This role suits an experienced new home sales consultant ready to step out from behind the display-home desk. You'll be selling, but you'll also lay the foundations for the Victorian business.

You'll work with one of Home Seekers Australia's trusted WA building partners plus four other companies, giving you five brands and multiple display homes to show clients. You won't spend your weekends sitting in a display home waiting for walk-ins. Instead, you'll use the display homes when they help your clients and spend the rest of your time where buyers actually are: online, on social media and out in the market.

Sell across five brands and guide clients from finance through to building

Lead the Victorian office and its day-to-day operation

Help choose and set up the permanent Melbourne office in 2027

Help recruit, train and lead the Victorian sales team as it grows

About you

Proven new home sales experience in Victoria (house and land, project homes or display centres)

A strong record of hitting targets

Experience leading, mentoring or training a sales team, or a clear drive to step into that role

Confident on camera and keen to build a personal brand

Self-motivated and comfortable working without a manager on site

Organised, with good systems and follow-up habits

Local knowledge of Melbourne's growth corridors and land estates
