Job summary

Metricon Homes in Australia’s largest home builder network is seeking a New Home Advisor to drive sales from our display homes in Central Adelaide or Northern Suburbs. You will qualify leads, manage both walk-in and remote inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service while balancing budget, lifestyle and timelines.

Weekend work is required, and you’ll work with land agents, developers, brokers and partners to convert opportunities.

We require a customer focused New Home Advisor, based in either one of our stunning display homes based in Central Adelaide or Northern Suburbs.

Working days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Reporting to the New Home Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
• Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
• Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
• Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
• Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
• Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.
