Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager – Neurosurgical in Sydney, NSW. This field-based role targets junior sales professionals or healthcare practitioners transitioning into medical devices, with exposure to capital equipment and related consumables.

You will drive sales, build clinician relationships, and provide in-theatre support. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of sales experience, strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio.
• Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support.
• Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support.
• Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW (short trips every 3-4 weeks).
