Telstra in Australia seeks a highly organised Change Coordinator for the Network Operations team. You will coordinate end-to-end network changes across complex customer environments, ensuring compliance and minimal impact on services.

Working with engineers, service delivery teams and change authorities, you will improve change quality, reduce denials and strengthen governance. A proactive communicator with ITIL knowledge and NV1 security clearance is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT operations or service management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes.
• Ability to coordinate changes in complex enterprise environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of network changes from initiation to closure.
• Review RFCs for completeness, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare high-quality change records, implementation plans, risk assessments, and rollback procedures.
• Manage change schedules and milestones with governance.
• Facilitate engagement between engineering, operations, architecture, and change authorities.
• Monitor progress and address risks, delays, or approval issues.
• Drive post-deployment activities and CMDB updates.
• Analyse change performance and reduce denials.
• Support continual improvement in change management and governance.
