Job summary

ASX in Australia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Customer Networks team, overseeing engineering, BAU operations, and lifecycle management of network infrastructure to deliver reliable connectivity. You will partner with Infrastructure, Operations and business owners, manage vendors, and drive strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading engineering and operations teams in a complex environment.
• Proven track record delivering highly available, customer-facing services.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines and risk/incident management.
• Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Connectivity Service Delivery strategy aligned with ASX priorities.
• Establish a clear service roadmap across connectivity systems and lifecycle management.
• Provide leadership and SME on connectivity services, operational readiness and customer access.
• Ensure reliable delivery and support of connectivity services for ASX customers.
• Maintain high availability and resilience of critical market connectivity services.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex service and delivery issues.
