Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous rostering/scheduling experience is highly regarded.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise workload.
• Good knowledge/experience with MS Office and database applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood.
• Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email and in person.
• Manage requests, concerns and inquiries.
• Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood.
• Create correspondence and documentation as requested.
• Organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop prep.
• Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange maintenance/repair of equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of information in BlueCare systems and databases.
