Araluen is seeking an experienced NDIS Workforce Coordinator for a 3-week temporary assignment in Melbourne, Lower Plenty. The role coordinates rostering, staff absences, and replacement shifts to ensure continuity of support services across the organisation.

You will act as the central point of contact for workforce coordination, maintaining staffing levels and liaising with staff, supervisors, and stakeholders.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced NDIS Workforce Coordinator to join our team for a 3-week temporary assignment, providing annual leave coverage from 9 November to 27 November.

This role is responsible for coordinating workforce planning and rostering activities, ensuring continuity of support services through effective management of staff absences and replacement shifts. You will serve as the primary contact for workforce coordination and play a key role in maintaining staffing levels across the organisation.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous rostering experience
  • Experience using Visicase (preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and respond quickly to changing staffing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours

Ideally, this position will suit someone seeking full-time hours, Monday to Friday, commencing at 6:45 am each day.

We may be able to offer some flexibility for the right candidate, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per day.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in Rostering
  • Previous experience in Visicase.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support roles or similar.
  • Able to work mornings to coordinate staff replacements/rostering when staff call in sick/unable to attend work.
