Job summary

Community Solutions is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator in Hervey Bay, QLD. The role focuses on coordinating supports, maximizing NDIS plans, and addressing barriers to independence for participants.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and providers while managing budgets and service agreements. The ideal candidate has experience with the NDIS, billing targets, and strong administration/IT skills, especially Excel, with a people-oriented approach and disability

Qualifications

Experience with the NDIS and understanding of Plans/Budgets.
Experience with billing targets and case noting.
High level administration experience and IT skills, especially Excel.
People-focused with disability sector experience.
Business mindset with customer service focus.
Excellent time management and high-level organisation skills.

Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with participants, their families and external service providers.
Driving as required to visit participants.
Helping participants to negotiate with providers about costs from their NDIS budget.
Working with billable hours and targets.
Ensuring service agreements are completed.
Taking a holistic approach to capacity building and addressing barriers.
