Job summary

Allambi Care in New South Wales seeks a dedicated Support Coordinator in the NDIS department to help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans. You will connect participants with providers and mainstream services, negotiate service agreements, manage plan budgets, and support them to self-direct their funded supports.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience working with people with a disability.
• Strong understanding of NDIS processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to document plans, discussions and outcomes clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants’ needs and coordinate supports in line with NDIS plans.
• Link participants to mainstream, community, and provider services.
• Negotiate service costs and develop service bookings and agreements.
• Monitor budgets and assist with plan reviews and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and quality systems.
