Job summary

Caring hub is seeking a motivated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our Hamlyn Terrace team. The role focuses on participant engagement, onboarding, and referral development, with a strong emphasis on professional, ethical interactions aligned with NDIS requirements.

The position supports onboarding and communication with participants, families, and professionals, ensuring a seamless experience and robust network development within the NDIS sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in NDIS, disability, community services or client engagement.
• Strong relationships or networks within the NDIS sector.
• Experience in referrals, participant acquisition or client onboarding.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of NDIS, participant choice, privacy and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with NDIS stakeholders.
• Develop referral networks and connect participants with Caring hub services.
• Support participant enquiries, intake and onboarding.
• Build relationships with participants, families and support networks.
• Clearly communicate Caring hub's services and options.
• Maintain accurate participant and stakeholder records.
• Ensure participant choice, privacy and consent are respected.
• Follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and safeguarding requirements.
• Collaborate with internal team for smooth onboarding.
