My Plan Manager in Australia is seeking an Invoicing Officer to join the Provider Services team. You will review provider invoices, ensure timely processing and payment, and work across multiple systems to uphold quality and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess and process NDIS provider invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Validate invoice information and identify discrepancies or missing details.
• Interpret invoices against business rules and funding requirements.
• Communicate with NDIS providers via email and phone to resolve queries.
• Request and obtain additional information required for payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Manage workloads while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality and data accuracy.
