Job summary

My Guardian in Adelaide is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the SA market within aged care and disability services. You will build referral networks, promote services, and expand brand awareness through community engagement and events.

Ideal candidates bring strong relationship-building, NDIS and Aged Care standards knowledge, and the ability to manage onboarding from enquiry to active service while collaborating with hospitals, GPs, and care teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or intake-focused role within aged care or disability services.
• Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, NDIS, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously with sound judgment.
• Experience using CRM or care management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and stakeholders.
• Actively promote My Guardian’s services, brand, and values through networking and outreach.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across referral networks and partnerships.
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand needs and convert leads.
• Meet onboarding KPIs through proactive lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and referral initiatives to drive awareness.
• Liaise with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, and communities to drive referrals.
• Oversee client onboarding and guide families through service options and funding pathways.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule services aligned with client preferences.
